How to Make a Q-Commerce Business Profitable: Boosting EBITDA and P&L
About the Workshop
Q-commerce didn’t run out of speed, it ran out of profit discipline. Over 80% of players never cross breakeven because of brittle unit economics, promo-addicted demand, and operational leakage.
Hosted by Yango Retail Tech, this hands-on workshop shows how to rebuild your EBITDA and P&L engine: price for contribution margin, expose true cost drivers, reshape SLAs and assortment around profitability, and deploy analytics + AI only where they move the needle.
Led by Dr. Anton S. Ovchinnikov (INSEAD), you’ll leave with operator-grade frameworks, benchmarks, and a 30-day action plan to turn volume into durable profit.
