How to Make a Q-Commerce Business Profitable: Boosting EBITDA and P&L
About the Workshop
Q-commerce scaled fast. Profit didn’t. Over 80% of players never reach breakeven because unit economics are weak and discounts eat the margin.
This workshop fixes the profit engine. We will work in groups and show you how to:
Price for contribution margin, not vanity GMV
Expose the real cost drivers across picking, delivery and returns
Reset SLAs and assortment so every order adds to EBITDA
Deploy analytics & AI where they move the P&L — and stop where they don’t
Project defense
You will receive a clear framework for your work, a playbook, and a 30-day action plan to turn volume into margin.
